Originally from southern California, Dr. Lori Johnstone had the opportunity to grow up on a farm in Iowa. Her constant contact with animals inspired her life-long passion for equine and all other animals! Dr. Lori graduated from Iowa State University in 1987, and now she specializes in both veterinary acupuncture and spinal manipulation. She went on to receive her certification in Veterinary Acupuncture from the Chi Institute in 2008 and her certification in Spinal Manipulation in December 2017.
In her free time, Dr. Lori is an avid dressage rider and enjoys attending and competing in dressage competitions. In addition, she enjoys traveling, entertaining guests in her home, and cheering on the Iowa State Cyclones and Los Angeles Dodgers with her husband and son.
